I got this one this morning. This format will help me keep the info in order. Back in March I asked for who was interested. Responses then wasn't a commitment. So if you responded then. You will have to respond again as bellow. Thanks Bob Dunahugh

Hi Bob,
We have signed up with you for the Albaugh tour.

1.
Are you stopping on your way to Amana, and how many people in your party? NO
2.
Are you going from Amana in the caravan, and how many can ride with you? There are 2 of us, we have seat belts for 5 more. Its technically possible to carry 1 more in a seat belt, but they would need to be “little people”.
3.
Can you help transport people from the staging parking lot that's about 3 miles from the collection? If so. YES
4.
How many can you carry on each trip? Need 5 GMC's. These 5 can park at the building that the display is in. There are 2 of us so for a 3 mile trip, we can “pack um in”. 7 or 8...

Thanks for putting this together!

Hi Bob:
Mike & Billie Kelley here (Peoria, IL.).
Yup we committed then and recommit now.
We could be one of your 5 coaches also - no seat belts other than pilot & co pilot, but could carry 6 add’l people above & beyond ourselves (1 sitting or lying on the bed). Let me know if that works for you.
Question 1) No
Question 2) Yes - 5 or 6 unbelted
Question 3) Yes
Question 4) 2 + 5 or 2 + 6 w/ one on rear bed. If need be 2 could lay in the bed and 2 or 3 could sit on the floor and one on step tween pilot and copilot to really “pack em in” - Ha - probably too illegal to consider in these days of rules and regulations - but let us know!
Anxious to see and visit w/ you again!

.I've had some people think that the March response to me was to reg for the tour. That was to get an idea as to how many people that might be interested. To go on the tour. You need to register with Kim at GMCMI for the tour/meal first. Then contact me as below. As to transportation arrangements. Please have subject line as TOUR. This format will help me keep the info in order. Back in March I asked for who was interested. Responses then wasn't a commitment. So if you responded then. You will have to respond again as bellow. Thanks Bob Dunahugh
