Hi Peer

I will answer in case Chuck can’t. I used Silent running on the under side of the cockpit floor and under the cover. I found it far better than any of the black and foil sheets I tried on our other coach. Doing it up side down with a brush and roller is a messy and slow job. I did three or four coats. It gets quieter as it cures. Take about a week to fully cure. Dry to touch or recoat in a few hours. Highly recommended.

Hello,

I tried to contact Chuck Botts directly via eMail and PM, both didn't work, so here comes a plain forum message, input from others is greatly
appreciated as well:

I read your article (http://gmcws.org/blog/silent-running-how-to-reduce-engine-noise-by-chuck-botts/) about using Silent Running SR-500 on your
cockpit's
floor.

No idea, when you did it, but are you still satisfied with the results,
or would you do something different nowadays?
