Bob, no simple way. The manual shows a kent-moore tool that can be
utilized. I thread the 4 holes in the spindle, and use a piece of 1/2 "
plate with a nut welded to it in the center with a hole that aligns with
the nut. Drill 4 holes that correspond with the holes in the spindle, and
screw some grade 8 bolts into the threaded holes in the bogie from the back
side. Take a matching bolt that fits the welded nut, and screw it down to
push against the spindle. Tighten the hell out of it, spray your favorite
penetrating oil on everything, and hope for the best. If the bogie arms are
not going to be re-used, heat them smoking hot with an oxy/acetelyne torch
and smack the back of the center bolt with a heavy hammer. Manny uses a

We have the tool, but encourage our guys to load it then take a 10 lbs
sludge hammer and wack the sides and it will then releive the friction and
pop out.
