My GMC has a NGMC-2003 Mac dashboard - which is GREAT! It was likely installed MANY, MANY years ago...

My issue has always been that my parking brake handle hits the bottom of the new dash. It functions, but will not go past the high point (and therefore stay engaged), so it pops off. I use a wood board to keep the brake handle in place - basically a "stilt".

I've searched a few times for any reference to the parking brake with a Mac dash and looked through my installation documents, but found nothing.

Has anybody come across this issue with a Mac dashboard? I can function with how I've got it rigged - but it's really goofy...

Thanks!
