Sorry guys, gotta find out what brand of tire and size currently? I'm coming up on my time to replace them. I go on like Walmarts site and oh boy got all kinds of brands. Kinda want a good old reliable at a decent price. Kinda hope to stay domestic and buy american. Cooper maybe?? Any ideas welcome! Going to try to use beads too?

Thanks,
Tom

225/75R16 LR-E is the closest size to the original 8.75/16.5 tires. I use Cooper HT-3 on the rears and Cooper AT-3 on the front (on my Dodge truck wheels (245/70R16). I am happy with them so far (3 years on the rears and 2 years on the fronts).

Tom,
We feel that a major brand like Firestone is a way to go. Prices are lower
than Michelan.
Lot of the private lable ones have cheap tread and lucky to go 30,000
miles. In case of warranty , it is easier to deal.
I realize not everyone travels lot of miles, so as long as the off brand is
USA made, they should be good.
In the last few years , load range E has been working well.

Discount tire available nationwide. Corsa 225 75R-16 recommended by many
GMCers. No failures as of yet.
