The commercially made sunshades on my non-GMC coach are held on with magnets; one installed in the corners inside the windshield and a matching one sewn into pockets in the corners of the windshield fabric. No snaps needed. This can be put in place very quickly, and comes off almost as quick.

We sell the windshield covers of different materials and for all the
windows as our supplier has the pattern for all and also if you have wind
wings,etc.
No need to reinvent the covers.
