On the back of the tank magnetic sending unit. It says that a 90 OHM reading is full. I have an open reading. Bob Dunahugh

I think I saw some on the shop wall yesterday. IF SHE gets to go home
tomorrow -- or rather today-- I'll check.

Went to pull that sending unit off my 73. It's different. So I don't know if it's a year thing. Or a Coachman. Bob Dunahugh 78 Royale.

Greetings Bob -

In addition to the "factory" level gauges, I installed this :

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01C5RQJHS/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Works just fine... along with my bluetooth enabled battery monitoring system (Victron).

There's an option for a dedicated monitor available if you want to avoid the bluetooth smartphone fad.

Looking forward to meeting you in Tuscon !!

Its a Coachman thing since those tanks were mostly under the dinettes installed perpendicular to the body. versus in the rear of the coach where they were in parallel to the body.

At least in my coach a PO had cut out an access hole for the level gauge in the back of the dinnette housing as you open the door. This saved me from pulling the entire tank out to get at the gauge.
