I found that my radiator flow is being restricted due to internal corrosion. Today I got to thinking that I'll bet my heater core is in the same condition. Next week I plan to change out the radiator. I need to run my inspection camera inside the heater core by pulling the heater hose off. Never thought of his relationship before. Bob Dunahugh 78 Royale

You can "see" heater core by disconnecting heater hoses from engine and backflushing with the core "feed" hose in an empty washer fluid jug to catch the evidence. I use garden hose in the return line and start slowly then increase as junk comes out to try to not exceed 15 PSI or so.
