My 23' cost ~2500USD from Baltimore Harbour to Bremerhaven Harbour, plus
400EUR in Bremerhaven for local organization, plus taxes and stuff in
Europe.
As this is an antique vehicle, taxes and customs are joint to a total of
6 or 7% (can't remember) total. Calculated on value of car (bill of
sale), plus shipping costs, plus organization costs in Bremerhaven.
If you don't do the customs declaration yourself, you can factor in
another 200EUR for that.
If you want to run your US registered car in Europe, you need an
additional insurance for Europe. A company called TourInsure in Hamburg
provides you that. First month is around 200+ - total for 6 monath was
~600EUR, if you don't use all 6 month, they'll give you back the unused
month (minus a fee of 20EUR). If you want to go through Russia, you need
another insurance. Price is identical.
