Yes but only if they're allowed to do so. Tiffin has their own share of quality problems. In fact, the folks wanting factory service got so numerous that the factory now only does warranty work leaving owners with coaches out of warranty (12 mo) to try and get the dealers to get their heads out of their butts and do decent work.

Sadly, if GMC was building our coach today, it'd probably have the same quality problems as everyone else. The bean counters and share holders won't allow things to be done 'right'. Btw, I am a bean counter by education.
