Some years ago I used white GSW sq tubing to make curtain retainers on my
windows and did a Hell of a job if I must say so myself.
This year I'm making some changes and have to make new ones Except..my
table saw is splintering the pipe when I cut the opposite sides.
What did I use last time?? How did I do it last time?? I also think a Jig
saw was involved...any idea what blade I should have in that to cut off for
the curvature of the walls?
Thanks guys

Most of the time, the cabinet blade cuts plastic the best on my table saw. It should be hollow ground if possible to avoid friction with the cut edge on the rest of the blade. If not, try silicone spray on the blade sides before cutting.
