Well I did some internet research. Located one GMC in the South island. Here is the result

Are you the Roger Hallinan that has or had a GMC motorhome? A painted Desert? The GMC boys in the states are trying to track them all and I have your name (Roger Hallinan, Karatane OH) from the master list. If so I would love to hear from you. Hello Peter,
You have a correct contact however the GMC was my brother's. Unfortunately it was totally destroyed in a property fire some 2 or 3 years ago. The insurance company dumped the remains I understand. Regards, Roger
I’ll Email Roger Hallinan and get some more information about his brother and his GMC. Then I’ll try the other end of NZ where the other GMC was supposed to be.
