I believe it's about 5-6 degrees left or right...my driveway is sloped, and can still make ice in a couple hours... I put a level on the zigzag condenser tubes to make sure the ammonia condensate would still flow downhill. It's less efficient but still works.

Bob, I think there is some differences with individual coaches, and fridge
locations, but, on my Royale which has a dometic fridge on the drivers
side, the side to side difference does not seem to make much difference in
refrigerator performance. But the front to back does. If the nose of the
coach is low, my fridge stops freezing stuff, but remains cool somewhat.
That is when it is on propane. I think heat convection from the propane
burner is more critical than the electric heaters. The data sheet that
comes with the fridge should give you some guidelines. Just what I have
experienced, not necessarily very scientific. We level our coach with a hot
wheels replica of the GMC. If it stays in place on the dinette table, fore
and aft, I don't level the coach. If it rolls off the table, I adjust the
height until it stays put. Same deal side to side. Quick and ez for us.

Depends on your fridge.
Usually 3 degrees. The specs are hard to find, but they are out there for some models. From what I remeber 6" difference front to back in our gmc.
But I still level out fridge when it is parked.

The newer Refrigerators are lot less sensitive to slope, plus some now shut
off if the level is at the point to where the fluid will not move.
I have had lot of women call me and thank me for supplying them new
refrigerators, as the new work so well and our delivered prices are great.

For those with compressor type refers [I still have an original 2 voltage] it deoesnt matter
Level the fridge, not the coach- they are often not the same. Unless you have verified that they are.
Working on SOBs years ago many were way off- particularly coachmen.
As I recall, the operating tolernce was more critical Front to rear [of the coach] than side to side.
When in motion it doesnt seem to matter as its going back and forth

Bob,
I Googled "Dometic RV Refrigerator Manual" and copied the following out of the manual that popped up:
Leveling the refrigerator
Leveling is one of the requirements for proper operation with
absorption refrigerators. To ensure proper leveling the vehicle
needs to be leveled only so it is comfortable to live in (no noticeable
sloping of floor or walls).
Any time the vehicle is parked for several hours with the refrigerator
operating, the vehicle should be leveled to prevent this loss
of cooling.
If the refrigerator is operated when it is not level and the vehicle
is not moving, liquid ammonia will accumulate in sections of the
evaporator tubing. This will slow the circulation of hydrogen and
ammonia gas, or in severe cases, completely block it, resulting in
a loss of cooling.
When the vehicle is moving, the leveling is not critical, as the
rolling and pitching movement of the vehicle will pass to either
side of level, keeping the liquid ammonia from accumulating in
the evaporator tubing.
