Hi Rob,
Your buyer will be very lucky indeed as everything you touch that I have ever seen is done right!
It is inspiring for me to watch this generational change in ownership. Our new, younger members may not have the direct experience with the mechanical stuff that those in our generation seem overly obsessed with, but they sure know what they want, they are very discriminating, they instinctively know the difference between tinsel fluff and quality, and they know how they want to live. For them the objective is the experience of using the coach, not the experience of fixing it. I saw something the other day that summed it all up for me - there is now a movement in all markets away from the accumulation of stuff to the accumulation of experiences. The tiny house movement, reverence for high quality lifestyle machines like our GMCs and putting enjoying life ahead of all else are but a few examples. We are blessed to have such great stewards coming forward. When you decide it is time to turn your coach over to a new generation, be sure to put it into the condition that will meet the buyer where they are, not where you are. My two cents anyway.

Jerry,
The operative words in your email below are; "the market is strong for first rate coaches."
I'll be selling Double Trouble but will make sure looks are as good as the mechanicals before it goes on the market!
