Does the rear flange of the fuel tank go above or below the top flange of the cross frame C channel? Also thanks to the person who suggested using cargo straps to raise the tank.

Thanks Matt,
That's what I thought, The tanks were above the flange when I removed them and one of the vent lines were flattened.

Vent line was probably crushed due to improper routing. Vent line runs around edge of higher portion of tank. Cant be crushed between tank and floor.
Not sure exactly what you are saying with your flange. Get j hooks on place with nuts and then bring oppisite side up. Then tighten bolts on j hooks.
