Anyone know if the transmission filter issues have been resolved? There were a lot of them with undersized tubes (I ran into one) a couple of years ago but I haven't seen much discussion of them lately. Need to do a transmission oil/filter change and wonder which filter to look for.
Any knowledge of the brands that will work?
Thanks for any guidance.

I replaced the filter with a WIX last year and it FAILED! 50 thousandths too small. Ordered an ATP and measured it - 5 thousandths too small. Put the old one back in.
Emailed WIX but did not get a response.

I ordered the Wix and will compare it to a Fram I have on hand when it arrives. I'd rather not remove the 'old' one until I have one in hand that will hopefully fit. I think the Fram I have was one of the small tube ones but we'll see. Just hope the manufactures have corrected the defect.
