Removed all the screws along bottom, side, and top (even the ones protected by the windshield...stupid design). The panel seems to be connected with rivets and a bracket to the lower dash panel (see picture). Is that right? Do I have to drill out those rivets? There are two screws through the lower dash panel that secure it to the bracket but even if I remove those I do not see how I can remove the side panel with that giant bracket attached. I must be missing something...It can't be this hard.
