Recently a good Friend, Gary Cook passed away after a long battle with
Cancer. We had a nice Memorial service on Saturday to show our friend
Gary and his family respect on his passing. I know most of you know our
valued friend and vendor Jim Kanamata of Applied GMC. He took time out
of his busy schedule to fly in from California and be with us for Gary
Cook's memorial on Saturday. This guy is not only a good vendor but
showed his true friendship with us. Thanks Jim

Marcel in Sunny New Mexico

Sorry to hear about Gary. Was he with you El Paso guys when you came to the GMCSJ rally at Triangle-T Ranch a few years ago? I'm trying to remember if I ever met him. I think I did. My condolences to all who were close to him.

Yes, Jim is one of the good guys.

It was really great to have attended and shared stories of a good friend
that was never hesitant to help without asking for it.
As different people got up and shared their remembrance of Gary, it flashed
in my mind my experience with him.
Marcel, thank you for picking me up and returning me to the airport.

This is normal for Jim. He has attended many funerals for GMCers all over the county (and Canada).
