Peer. I moved all my plumbing around a lot. Royales have two tanks. And that was what I had. If you had just one tank. Two tanks will give you more flexibility in were the drains go into the tank. ( As a side note. Don't forget the tank venting. ) I got both my tanks from Jim K at Applied. I was extremely please with the construction of them both. Came with no holes in the top. That worked well. I drilled the holes as needed. Installed the rubber inserts. Then shoved the PVC pipe in. No need for glue. To hang the tanks. I used 1" by 1/4 Aluminum angles across under the tanks. Drilled holes in the floor. Then used carriage bolts to hang the angles. Did counter sink the carriage bolt heads. This all worked well.
