Is there a list of recommended service shops for GMC's in western Canada. Not needing anything looked at right away however it would be nice to know which shops are good. I thought I remember one in Edmonton being recommended sometime in the last 6 months???

Thanks,

Hi again Neil. When I first announced my acquisition a few months back, Norm Allison sent me this:

Hi Deb: Something which may be of interest to you as a new owner. It's sometimes difficult to find someone to work on the GMC north of the border,
but there is a gentleman by the name of Carl Harr who lives in St. Albert, just outside Edmonton; he runs a couple of NASCAR teams, but in his spare
time works on GMCs, doing most mechanical work including swapping out engines and transmissions in his immaculate shop. He does first class work at
a very reasonable price. I had a bunch of work done last year and was very happy with the outcome.
Regards, Norm

Cheers from Logan Lake.

Thanks Deb, I think this is the email I was thinking about! Anyone else out here in the wild west have any other recommendations?
