I'm in the process of replacing the tape deck with a small single DIN
Pioneer unit (no CD, just BT/Radio). The tape deck was getting it's power
from a cable that was shoved into the back of the power boost switch and
taped in place (power was coming from the house battery side).

I want to wire this correctly. There is a yellow wire that wasn't
connected but looks like it might be from the original radio, is that the
12v source? There is also a pink wire in the fusebox labeled radio, I'm
not seeing where that wire comes out in the dash (possible it's fallen down
behind the air vent).

The speaker already have new speaker wire run to them, so I think I'm fine
there. I also understand there is a gray wire (part of the dash lights)
that really isn't the ground wire and I should connect ground somewhere
else.

Also, is the Radio always on, or just when it's in the ACC or ON position?
