I have had a tire monitoring system on since I bought the coach 3 years ago. I lost 3 new tires on my 78 years ago. I found that it was great telling me I had a brake problem, a wheel bearing problem etc. The tire temp reflects how much you are getting on the brakes. Changes in tire pressure when ambient temp changes is very informative and made me pay attention to inflating tires when cold to the proper pressures. My coach weighs 12000# with even distribution on front and back. Those front tires have to hold 3000# each and even load range E are stressed if not inflated properly. I find the monitoring system very assuring as I cruise down the highway at 65 mph.
