Johnny,

I seem to recall the torque setting for said flange bolts was around 70 ft/lbs, when I did mine and Richard Waters' at Blaine's place. Seemed high to me, but considering the job they do, maybe not.

Its in the book someplace, but I do not have it at my fingertips right now. Perhaps others could chime in to confirm or correct.
