I want to eliminate the cruise control transducer.

Can I just remove it, and move the cable to the speedometer down to the transmission?

I seem to recall that it’s not as straightforward as it looks.

Thanks for some guidance on this conundrum.

Strap cable away from exhaust

On my 78 Royal the existing cable works fine.
