The fuel commander from FiTech is very quiet and works well. I think it is designed to be variable speed driven by the ECM on the throttle body. You may want to consider just the external fuel pump they sell and use a bypass line to govern fuel capacity. You can quiet the pump by insulating for noise and isolate for vibration. That said , the price on the fuel commander is a bit high but it is a nice package.
