Hi,
Anyone have a spare compressor for the Electro-Level II that they're willing to part with? Or the rebuild kit? I've tried JimK and Cinnabar but no luck. One of mine is leaking through the top. I have the Cinnabar EL-2 upgrade with the extra pressure switches/solenoids and the system has been working flawlessly for the past sixteen years ((except height sensor failed and had to clean off photo-cell (keep out of rain and avoid puddles) and the other compressor was replaced when still available)). Or has anyone had success with alternate pumps and exhaust solenoids? I'd like to keep my setup going as long as possible because I like it.
Thank you,
Gus

Check with Bob Dunahugh. He might have an extra.

To Len and Pat Novak, yes I'd be very interested in one compressor (ac delco I think, whatever was OEM) if in good working order. We should discuss price and shipping. Not sure how to contact you privately. I'll try that in the morning unless you contact me. I'm concerned about exposing my email or phone number in this message, and not even sure why!

John Sharpe, I have to ask what 2014 vehicle uses the same basic compressor? does it have an exhaust valve? continuous duty? no air tank? Sorry about questions but now I'm riveted. Even if the compressor doesn't have it's own exhaust valve, I could maybe add external exhaust/hold solenoid valves.

It's an MV-1 built by AM General in an old Hummer factory in Indiana. I have looked @ Rock Auto and from the pictures it appears that several models of late model Fords use the same compressor (the ones that have airbags and shocks). I would not be surprised if that are on GMs and Fiats too. And Yes. it has the air bleed valve in the head.
