I had posted that I had to be towed 172 miles home.

I have pulled the plugs and found the center of number 6 spark plug broken out.

I pulled the a/c compressor and valve cover and found the rocker on the #6 exhaust valve wasn't moving. The push rod was bent and out of the lifter. I pulled the intake push rod and put it down over the exhaust lifter and the rod moved up and down when cranking.
So, something in that cylinder hit the valve and spark plug.
I tested the compression and it was zero.
So, I either have a broken valve or hole in the piston or both.

I have 81,000 miles on this engine since it was installed in 2004 so I am going to pull it and have it rebuilt.

It will be at the Shawnee GMCMI convention next March.
