While researching for the presentation I am giving at the upcoming GMCWS Coos Bay, OR, rally on how to run your Onan on gasoline or propane at the flip of one toggle switch, I came across a TECUMSEH CARBURETOR 631828 that looks for all the world like a clone of our Onan carb but costs just $25. I have not used one personally, so can’t be sure it is the same, but it looks to me like with a minor modification to the throttle and choke linkage this might be far better, easier and cheaper than trying to rebuild what you have.

Johnny,

Try Amazon for 18.99+shipping

There might be some challenges to adapting.

Matt - relaxing at Mansfield.

Johnny,

www.amazon.com/Carburetor-Tecumseh-631828

That's for that carb that might replace the Onan carb. $14.22 free ship. Deal?

OK, I got one on the way. I have a Yamamamamaha set without carb, it might fit there as well. For fifteen bux I'll find out.

Thanks!
