Does the plastic fan make it very difficult getting the belt over the fan due to the much smaller distance between blades? Has anybody used the Procomp air gap aluminum intake manifold sold by Mondello California? It is higher but I already need a doghouse. It is more than $160 less than the Eddlebrock which also got some bad reviews for fitment. The air gap Seems it would keep the electronics in the Fitech FI module much cooler. The evaporative cooling of the injectors probably does a lot of cooling now but that computer inside that hot engine compartment bothers me.
