I've been trying to locate a replacement CV joint to replace one I borrowed earlier this year. The GMCMI Parts Interchange only has a reference to an article from the Summer 1986 GMCMI Newsletter with a JC Whitney part number. That number is not found on their website. Applied apparently has the complete axle which I don't need.

Bruce, I have a pair of front axles with rebuilt cv joints and new
boots. I replace my front end with a one tone front end. I want 200
dollars for them and the freight if you are interested. These puppies
are heavy and probably needed to be ship ground.

Thanks Marcel,
$200 for two is an excellent price. I have two spares of my own so I will
have to pass on the offer.

Marcel, I had tried to pm you but it seems you do not accept them. I just wanted to know if you would make the cv parts you offered available to someone else? You can pm me if so wanted. Thanks

Marcel,

Please remove me from the list of people interested in your axles. I forgot I already had a couple.

Thanks to a private message from a GMCer, I contacted CV Source in Buford, GA.

http://www.cvsource.com/
Be aware parts of their website needs work, therefore best to call.

Anyway, he is well aware of GMC Motorhomes and other vintage vehicles with CV Joints. I purchased 2 rebuilt CV joints at a reasonable price with reasonable shipping and core deposit. They arrived today and look good.

Thanks to everyone that responded to my question.
