I've got a couple of old Quadrajets which I went to Google for
identification. While doing that search, I came across a letter from Bob
Drewes to Ralph Someone that's posted at GMCMI. I'd never seen it before
but find it to be something I definitely would not want to be without if I
had not converted to EFI. I'm just posting the link so everyone has a
chance to find it:

Ken
That letter was written to Ralph Luby, the founder of GMCMI. It was sent to be included in the information that GMCMI keeps on file.
There are several other things about the Carbs at the GMCMI website including parts lists, factory manuals, etc. that I had posted.
It is open to anyone (not just members) at GMCMI.com. Look under the tabs for The GMC Motorhome , Technical Information, GMCMH Support Materials, Engine.
Here is a quick link: http://www.gmcmi.com/engine/
There are manuals and tech papers covering Identifying Rochester Quadrajet Carbs, Quadrajet Service Manuals, Primary & Secondary Rods.
Good to have items for those with a carb on their engine. They may be downloaded freely by anyone.
