The threads on my Battery Boost Solenoid or stripped and it needs to be replaced. Will any starter solenoid work or is there something special with ours?
If it matters, mine is activated by momentary switch as installed in 1976

there are a few options, and some will tell you to just go with a combiner.
The key, is most amperage, and continuous duty as you can find in the platform. Cole Hersee is the brand I would prefer. Look at golf cart solenoids, or amazon:
