My son Alan finally had time to scale and print the Honda EV4010 and EV6010
mounting templates at full scale. He just sent me the pricing:
$15 each, plus shipping at $10 folded or $15 rolled. The folded version
will, of course have creases. Only you can decide whether contending with
those is worth the added shipping cost of rolled. Or, you can let me know
in time to bring rolled ones to a rally at the $15 price.
Contact Alan at alan@mgcads.com to order.

Will the Eu6500 fit in the generator compartment?

Dang.....
Just last week I spent a good couple of hours painstakingly transferring measurements from an 8 1/2 * 11 rendition to a plate of steel....with mixed results (some of the holes had to made larger after the fact because I didn't get it 100% right).
$15 - money very well spent.....but too late for me unfortunately.
The work to shoehorn an EV6010 into my 23" Norris upfit to replace the worn-out Generac continues. The genny just fits the hatch aperture if you turn it sideways. We sawed the end off the fiberglass compartment from the inside and moved it back a couple of inches to create a deeper compartment (we are OK in terms of height and width). Pieces of sheet fiberglass will be "glassed" in to recreate an airtight compartment, which will then be lined with stainless steel and a noise-reducing membrane. The generator plate will be mounted on 2 28" heavy duty slides which are bolted to the so lower body rails that the genny can be slid out for maintenance and repairs. Only remaining problem is figuring out what to do with the exhaust so that it doesn't hang on the outer body rail when the genny is pulled out.
