Hi all,
I replaced my original fridge with a new Norcold 641. It works great but I have blown a couple fuses while on DC. I kept the original wiring and have kept the original fuse. The fridge draws a bit over 14amp by my battery monitor...so I'm sure the 15amp fuse is just too close.
With the original wiring...how high can I 'safely' increase this fuse? 25amp?

I'd have to check for sure, but I think I have a 20 or 25 amp in mine. I went through a few fuses and got a "low volts" message from mine at first, then I noticed the connection at the fuse was hot. Turned out the fuses were not burning out, they were loosing the solder in one end due to a bad connection on the fuse block. I tried unsuccessfully to tighten it up with solder, but ended up replacing that fuse with an inline fuse holder instead. Problem solved. Check to make sure the fuse holder is tight. If not, THAT could be your problem.

Ok, I did not read your message well.
I would start out with 20 amp fuse.
That is what we use on them when we install that model.
