What seats have people used, please include year and model and any modifications that had to be made. I tried the person on Fishers site, but they no long have seats that will work.
I have a 1973 Canyonlands, my current seats are not original, but I have no clue what they came out of. I suspect a cadillac

Look for the middle seats in the Chrysler/Honda minivans. Use the ones with two arm rests. Do not grab the folding ones from Chrysler, they are very uncomfortable for adults.
I did not use these seats (disclaimer). I used middle seats from a Mazda MPV van. They met the two arm rest and adjustable backs that I wanted. Cheap at Pull-A-Part at $60 for the pair. I used the pierced steel angles from your favorite big box hardware store and Grade 8 bolts to assemble an adapter for the much wider Mazda mount rails to the GMC base plate. Also got a fair color match in a fabric material. I do not care for fake leather, or real leather in the South's heat.
Just need to search your local pull-a-part until you find what will work for you.
I now have FlexSteels from a GMC wreck - lucky find.

I used the middle seats from a Toyota Sienna, with dual armrests:

We had to weld up an adapter plate to mount to a set of generic RV swivel platforms, that were installed with are old FlexSteels (which *we* HATED!).

Middle seats from a Pontiac Montana did it for me.
Both seats have arm rests and they recline.
Bolt in was easy.

What year range I am told newer won't work, but they did not give me the years that would for the odyssey seats. I have no clue about what years would work in the Chrysler or Sienna seats.

What year range?
I did a forum search and got 3 answers:

2004 - 2010
Pre 2010
2002

Does that help?

i got a set from a full size conversion van. the ones from the 1990s and 2000 typically have multipal bolt patterns to fix GM, Ford and Dodge. Try for the 2nd row because they are in better shape however the front row may have power making them more comfortable. some of the later ones have built in 3 point belts if that is your thing.

They are $25 each at the local yard
