I found a late 78 in a salvage yard. With the two compressors that are set up different then the system in the 78 Mouse House. So are there 2 electronic controlled late 78 systems?

Bob -

Maybe. My '78 has two compressors with an electronic ride height sensor for
each compressor. One of the sensors was bad - you couldn't turn the
actuator lever.

The compressors have foam dirt filters inside them, the foam is now dust. I
took them apart and cleaned them, adding new foam. The system works great
now.

I also took apart the sensor and cleaned out the 'filling' that was like
un-catalyzed resin. I haven't figured out how to stabilize the goo that's
left.

In the early 80s, Cinnabar produced a kit to remedy leakdown problems in the ElectroLevel II system. It incorporated new 2-way Hold solenoids and also pressure gauges. My stretch 78 had that mod done before I got it. I have the documentation provided by Cinnabar, and can provide it to anyone who cannot get the info from Cinnabar
