Fixing Split Water Tank Filler Neck [message #302328]

I filled my water tank for the first time and noted water dripping beneath the rig. I was thinking this is probably not a good thing. Upon investigation I found that the filler neck on the water tank is split or cracked in two places. See photo. What's the best stuff to repair these cracks? I want to repair it in place. Thanks.
