Last Fall before winterizing (1975 Palm Beach)I filled my gas tank to the top. Before I was finished I noticed a puddle of gas at the middle wheel (drivers side) about 12-14 inches in diameter. I drove around for a half hour to use some gas up then went home and it was still leaking but very slow, just a steady drip. I recovered about 2-3 gallons over the next couple of days and then it stopped.

The PO, replaced all hoses and refurbished the tanks in 2008.
I dropped the tanks today but could not see anything that would indicate a leak on the back tank. I remember the leak was sort of dripping from the frame rail area and now I am wondering if the 90 degree hose going to the tank could have been the problem.

Too dark now to investigate further. Anyone have heard of something similar. Maybe I filled it too much with gas?
