Have 9 recessed LED lights in the ceiling. One of which is in the bath area. These are controlled by 4 wall switches. Then 5 now mounted under upper cabinets. 2 more to be installed when the last upper cabinet is installed. Thus 4 more wall switches. The first 9 LED's were $37 each. The next 7 were $7 each. The first 9 were of very good quality. No doubt. The last 7. $7 LED lights weren't made nere as well. And some assembly required. As far as looks, and light output. Absolutly no difference that I can detect. My 73 GMC that's setting in the drive. ( My next GMC victim to restore, and sell ) Will get the $7 LED's. Very Happy.

Bob,
Glad you guys are happy with them.
I tried to find the best possible combination of value and quality.
As you stated, once installed these are pretty much identical to the 40 dollar lights.
I agree installing the clips is very annoying! I wish they shipped with them installed. You get better at it after a few Very Happy
