Newly installed Carter electric pump used to feed low pressure side of fuel supply for FiTech fuel injection is not developing any pressure on the low side gauge. I would have expected 5-7 psig at idle. Only get this when I start auxiliary tank pump which is in series and starts when tank switch is selected. All lines are new 3/8" and filter is new Summit replaceable cartridge type sized for at least twice the required full flow. It is mounted on suction side of pump. No kinks in fuel line I can see. Vane pump should deliver pressure even when dead headed against float in tank.
Anybody got any ideas. Haven't had it out on road yet to see if it is a problem at heavy throttle.
