Netters
I completed a partial interior renovation a couple of years ago and have a
couple of months to finish the bed'room' which was not previously
completed. It appears I am going to live, so it's back to work !
I have left over materials for insulation and wall coverings but am
wondering what I might have forgotten on the list...12volt plug ins, 120
volt, shelves, tv cables..anything you can suggest would be appreciate. If
you have pictures, all the better.
I need winter warmth and good looks in the window drapery/blind dept. as
well.
An electric source of heat for the water tank and lines would be
appreciated..something where I flip a switch would be best (when plugged
in) and if anyone has a plumbing diagram for the way Jim Ansett heated his
cold water tank to provide a heat sink ...it might be handy
Any thought any idea...all will be considered as I'm only going to do this
once...I think!
Thanks
Mike in NS

Run additional wires behind the walls before you enclose them. No telling what you may want to do in the future. Even a run of CAT 5 might be reasonable.

Glad to hear it. Hanging fire, waiting to know what is going on sucks.
Regarding blinds, the first photo Mark posted with the curved valances is our coach. We're really happy with the Levelour cordless cellular blinds. We got ours at Lowes, they cut to length free. But the best part is the lifetime warranty which I've used a couple times. Just make a copy of the receipt before it fades to invisible in about 6 months.
