John - the reason that you could not find it in the GMCMI Parts Interchange is because there is an error in the booklet.
Under Cooling / Radiator there are two Hose, 403, Lower. The first one is correct but the second Hose, 403, Lower should actually be Hose, 403, UPPER. The GM part number listed there is definitely for the UPPER hose.
Kim, please make a correction in the book so that people can find the 403 UPPER NAPA 9179 and 7596, Gates 20869 and CarQuest 20991 numbers that are listed.
