Does anyone know what is a good way to repair our front wheel well liners?

The lip on our left front fender liner where the clip nuts slip over has two broken positions, one
with a quarter-size chunk missing; another is cracked and is about to break loose.

What adhesive can be used to repair these front wheel well liners? Epoxy? Something else?

What material are these liners made of?

What material can be used to make doublers to reinforce the lip where the clip nuts slip over, or make a doubler for the entire lip where the lip joins the SMC fender opening flange?

Does anyone have an old front fender liner from which some repair material sections could be
cut; or know of a suitable material from which to make repair sections?

Thanks to all,

Don and Susan Jeffers
