I have a concrete pad extending 60' or so in front of the garage. The rest of the driveway -about 180'- was gravel (now recycled asphalt chips). People used to ask why I didn't I finish the drive to the road. A: That's where the money ran out.

Bob,
On mine it's as if the membrane sticks to itself a bit too strongly. I think with time it will be just fine, maybe just some adhesive leftover from manufacturing or something. Either way it's under the floor now and functional, it just retains a bit more water than i'd like it to, but it doesn't really matter or make any negative difference.
I love them, and will likely be stocking them in the store here shortly.

I have not installed the Hepvo valves -- but in addition to space saving it would seem the big advantages -- the black tank would not back up into the shower and there would no longer be a need for the cut away into the floor that allowed room for the p trap.

Dennis, this is why I went this route. It allowed me to have a lower bathroom.floor with no cutout in the floor itself. Also keeps the tank from being able to back up. I have just one installed under the bathroom floor for both sink and shower. We shall see how it functions.
