Morning,
anyone know if screws exist that I can use instead of the sun visor
attached screws? I really have no need for the sun visors and would
*hate* having to screw them in again.

I think you would need to take the visor assembly to Fastenal or some other hardware supplier to see what the size and thread pitch is. I agree that they are a royal pain to install. Post if you do find the size.
