If you get a legit camera ticket, talk to your friendly attorney. Depending where it was issued (the laws change) you may well beat it. They got a picture of my car going through a light. They got no proof who was driving it. The ploy used is to ask for an affadavit of who had your car if it wasn't you. Again, burden is on them, they can go pack sand. BUT, in some places statutes have been changed to make the owner of a car responsible for its infractions. Ask your mouthpiece.
