Mac,
The filter I pointed out on eBay was an old AC DELCO PF169. This was NOS (new old stock) that is known to be of the correct dimensions. They are quite hard to find these days.
The link you referred to is an ATP brand and there has been recent discussion here about a bad batch of that brand not fitting correctly. ATP was concerned and was looking into the situation, so it is quite possible that current production ha been corrected.
As is common for many current production aftermarket parts these days, buyer beware.
