Here are the details for our rally this May. We are doing a joint rally with the Colonial Travelers and the Tidewater Crabs. We hope to make this an annual tradition. Always happy to meet new friends. I know there are some new folks down in the Tidewater Crabs area and would love to have you guys join us for our 2016 camping season. As always we welcome people to come to one rally before deciding if they will join up with us. Why not make it this one.  Annual dues are a very modest $10/year.

Friday, May 13
5:00PM - BYOB Happy Hour - Bring an hors d'oeuvre or snack to share.
6:00PM - Dinner - Catered Barbecue. (Bring your own setup; plates, silverware, cup)
Saturday, May 14
8:00AM Breakfast provided by Steve Adams, Jared Kohl, and the Crabs
10:00AM 5:00PM Enjoy the sites around Gettysburg and getting to know new friends
5:00PM - BYOB Happy Hour - Bring your favorite beverage and a snack to share.
6:00PM - Dinner - Choice of going out to a local restaurant Dutch Treat or staying in campground for leftover BBQ, individual choice
Sunday, May 15
8:00AM - Club provided Continental breakfast, pack up the coaches, and away we go.
Cost & Reservations:
$20.00 Rally Fee per person (covers Friday night dinner, Saturday and Sunday breakfasts, condiments, etc.)
The Campground has set aside 24 campsites for the two groups. There are also cabins available at the campground but there is no guarantee they will be available. You must contact the campground and reserve your spot and put down your deposit by April 30th. Indicate you are with the GMC Colonial Travelers. The clubs will not be putting down a deposit for this rally.

Tentatively we are looking at VA Beach in June, Lake Anna in July, Williamsburg, VA in August, Louisa, VA in September, GMC-pooling to the GMCMI in early October and Haymarket, VA in late October. Rallies are usually the 3rd weekend of the month in most cases.
