Went to Wal-Mart last night to get some LED tail light bulbs. Couldn't sleep. Pilot brand. Above is what it says on the back of the box. I drive with my lights on all the time for safety. The only reason I wanted the LED's was that I was looking at not having lights out. Don't care how many amps are used. So with the flasher issue. How this. By the markings on the 38 year old bulbs that I took out. What's the value of LED bulbs in this application? Bob Dunahugh78 Royale.

I bet that warning is due to LEDs not functioning at lower voltages then designed. Factory DRLs run at a reduced output, at least on GM cars... Think it's like 40%... I always assumed this was done by reducing the voltage... Low voltage and LED car bulbs don't mix.
