I rented a warehouse space to a muslim. He stopped paying rent at the end of January. The reason is unbelieveable. Then got that unit in violation of city building, and fire codes. Another unbelievable story. Took him to court. He never showed up. So I won the court case. He then got mad at me because I had paid off the judge. So to get revenge. He took out water, and electrical fixtures. Damaged the heating system. Took down the ceiling grid, and ceiling tile. Removed all my work benches. And I've got 2 dump truck loads of trash to haul out. The police say it's a civil matter. No use in taking him to court. As he has nothing here, or in Seria. I had lost about 6 days of work on the GMC before the court date with him in Feb, and March. Now this. I'm sorry to some of you. But I worked my ass off to go to Dothan. I've been putting in 12 to 14 hrs a day to go. With the garbage he put in there. I have to clean this mess up for the comfort of the great other tenants in the building. Right now I'm mentally broken. On the bright side. Branson is just about 10 weeks later. I need to get a GMC grille to Tom McManus. Anyone coming by Cedar Rapids Iowa on there way to Dothan?
